SESSION III * ADVENTURE CLUB Morning session

Four to Five Year Old | Intermediate level

This level is for a swimmer who can submerge their head voluntarily, float on their front and back independently (with some support), and can make forward movement in the water. Swimmers will learn: a jump entry into water and recovery float (unassisted), front float and back float (unassisted). Rolling front to back/ back to front and recovering to vertical position (unassisted). Swim with face in the water for 5 yards unassisted. Swimmers will be introduced to the backstroke fundamentals and gliding off the wall. Swimmers will also learn safety skills like: back float for 10 seconds and recovery, gliding on front for (two yards) roll to back float (10 secs) then flip to front and return to safety, and bobbing to safety.
