Adult Enrichment | Navigating Elderhood
Navigating Elderhood
Instructor, Cori Levin
The majority of people will become caregivers for their aging parents, yet families rarely have a plan in place for when this happens. In this class, Care Advocate Cori Levin will instruct adult children on the tasks and situations they should prepare for. From delegating responsibilities among family members to navigating health changes, Cori will help registrants create a plan that will reduce stress and create peace of mind for the entire family.
Cori Levin is the founder of Navigating Elderhood, where she helps families navigate aging, care transitions and end of life planning with compassion and expertise. A CNA, end of life doula; she leads person-centered advocacy, care planning and community trainings.
