The start of a new school year brings excitement and change, but for children with anxiety, it can also bring overwhelming worries.  Anxiety may appear as separation anxiety, perfectionism, school refusal, irritability, or tantrums.  Learn practical, relationship-centered strategies to better understand anxiety, support your child's confidence and resilience, navigate school transitions, and recognize when additional support may be needed. 

Parents will learn how to:
