White Hawks Soccer: Girls Summer Training Program Pre-season Foundational Training Coach, Nels Larson | WHS Girls Soccer Coach Prepare for the high school season with our new summer training program led by Head Coach Nels Larson and the WHS coaching staff. This high-energy program focuses on building a rock-solid technical foundation, improving ball control, and sharpening decision-making through game-like scenarios. Whether you are an incoming seventh grader or a returning senior, these sessions are designed to ensure you arrive at tryouts confident, conditioned, and ready to compete. Fall Session | Westonka White Hawks Youth Soccer (Ages 3 - 8)
Fall Session | Westonka White Hawks Youth Soccer Ages 3 - 8 Westonka White Hawks Youth Soccer is designed to introduce your player to the basics of soccer. Players will be placed on teams based on their age groups and a White Hawk t-shirt is included. Each session will focus on skill development with some sessions including 4 v 4 and 5 v 5 scrimmages with mini nets and small fields. Since this is an introduction to soccer we want to stress fun and skill development, not competition. Our coaches will be there each week to help your athlete along the way. Soccer balls are provided, but you are more than welcome to bring their own. Play with your Westonka friends and begin your journey as a White Hawk. Parents - get involved as a Volunteer coach. White Hawks Soccer Summer Training Program | Building from the Basics Boys Ages 13 - 18 WHS Boys Soccer Coach Manuel Jordan and WHS coaching staff The Summer training program helps players sharpen their skills and build confidence for the Fall Season. Sessions blend technicla training, game play, conditioning and team awareness. This high-energy co-ed program features separate boys and girls training groups. Incoming players in Grade 8 are welcome to join.
