One to One Computer Training You will have 100 % of the instructor's attention to assist you with whatever computer needs you have. Spend 90 minutes with a highly qualified trainer that will focus on your specific needs. Some examples of possible topics are: basic computer skills, emailing, software applications such as Word or Excel, how to organize digital photos, create a newsletter, and so much more. Prior to your tutoring session, the instructor will call you to discuss your individual needs so they are prepared to work with you. Please bring your own laptop or device to use at the session. Two people may attend together if you are interested in the same training. Beginner Band Camp Entering Grade 5 Instructor, Gretchen Chilson, Chris Moore and local professional musicians This camp is designed for students who are new to a band instrument. In large ensembles and through small group instruction, students will learn how to put the instrument together, how to care for the instrument, how to make great first sounds, and how to prepare musical selections. This camp is strongly recommended for beginning students. Students who cannot attend should plan to sign up for Jump Start Lessons or take private lessons on their instrument. Fall Session | Westonka White Hawks Youth Soccer Ages 3 - 8 Westonka White Hawks Youth Soccer is designed to introduce your player to the basics of soccer. Players will be placed on teams based on their age groups and a White Hawk t-shirt is included. Each session will focus on skill development with some sessions including 4 v 4 and 5 v 5 scrimmages with mini nets and small fields. Since this is an introduction to soccer we want to stress fun and skill development, not competition. Our coaches will be there each week to help your athlete along the way. Soccer balls are provided, but you are more than welcome to bring their own. Play with your Westonka friends and begin your journey as a White Hawk. Parents - get involved as a Volunteer coach.
