Skaters improve agility, stance, stride and edge control. Skates and helmets are required. Swimmers will learn: a jump entry into water and recovery float (unassisted), front float and back float (unassisted). Rolling front to back/ back to front and recovering to vertical position (unassisted). Swim with face in the water for 5 yards unassisted. Swimmers will be introduced to the backstroke fundamentals and gliding off the wall.
